
Rather like a spider crab, this structure sits and exerts its load to points at the
ends of its legs. The legs meet at the top and articulate, like a crab. The legs are made from laminated plywood components, joined with mortice and tenon joints.
Reflective Room is the winning design of the Courtyard Project competition involving the students at the Manchester School of Architecture and the Manchester Museum.
